Pratyush Rastogi - CEO/Founder

Pratyush has a background in capital markets, private equity, entrepreneurship, and of course, investment management. He founded Farrer Wealth while working for his Family Office after realizing many investors were struggling to find honest and aligned investment advice and solutions.

Pratyush’s investment heroes include the typical greats (Buffett, Munger, Marks) but he spends a lot of his time learning from his contemporaries and lesser-known (but unusually talented) fund managers.

In the hours before/after work Pratyush loves to read (~2-3 books a month), watch movies, exercise (gym and BJJ), and spend time with his family.

When he turned 30, Pratyush wrote down advice he would give to his 20 year old self, and tries (doesn’t always succeed) to live by it. (1) Talk less, listen more 2) Don’t assume, don’t be afraid, ask questions and ask lots of them 3) Invest your money! 4) When the going gets tough - dig in 5) Read often, read lots 6) Focus on your own faults, not those of others 7) Being right is not important, finding the truth is.

Pratyush lives in Singapore with his wife Avanti. They have one daughter.
